AgeLess SPA – an idea is born
Explain how the idea of AgeLess SPA came about? The idea of AgeLess was born like any other great idea. It was born in the kitchen, where all great ideas come from, when
Dr. Mike Cilip and his wife Shelly wanted to create a fresh and exciting new adventure
that this area had not seen before. Dr. Cilip had an idea of a medical facility that also
crossed over into other “health” treatments, such as massages, facials, etc…and his wife, Shelly has a financial/business background.
Some Background About The Owners
Before getting too ahead of things, here is a little background on the Cilips: Dr. Cilip has been a practicing physician in the area for thirty years. Shelly has lived and worked in Corning for her entire life. She has superb skills in finance, management, and other aspects of business. As the two bounced back and forth different ideas, it became clear to them that in order to create “something new” that the area has never seen, they needed to go big; and the only way for them to achieve this was to incorporate both Shelly’s business knowledge with Mike’s Medical Practice, thus AgeLess Integrative Medical Spa was born.
In speaking with Mike and Shelly, they both agree that the only way to run this type of business is to always be developing and researching new and upcoming trends,
products, and services. In quoting CEO Shelly, “As an organization, we strive for perfection for our clients and expect that their individual needs are met with the gracious help of every team member we employ. In the end, we continue to be here, highly devoted to our clients which is essential to our continued success“.
The First Two AgeLess Locations
With the “AgeLess SPA” concept created, our first location was born! AgeLess Integrative Medical Spa, located inside the Arnot Mall in Horseheads, NY opened in 2008 and still to this day offers a wide variety of Spa and Medical Services. This 7,200 square foot facility gives you both the feeling of relaxation and comfort for your overall health. Offering Internal Medicine, Acupuncture, Cosmetic Injections, a profound Weight Management Program, Massages, Anti-aging Facials, Nail treatments, Body services, and so much more! In 2012 0ur second location, AgeLess SPA at Radisson Hotel Corning (Link will open in a new tab) was born. Located in the heart of downtown Corning, NY this spa offers more of the Day Spa feel to clients. With both of our locations celebrating their birthdays in November, we couldn’t be luckier to be part of the “small business” movement.

team is made up of the utmost professionals in the business and operate as more of a
family, rather than colleagues. Compiled of highly trained Licensed Massage Therapists,
Estheticians, Cosmetologists, Medical Personnel, along with Guest Relation and Facilitator Specialists; all with the intention to help you feel and look your best after just one visit!
The AgeLess Approach To The Services We Offer
Here at AgeLess SPA, we approach the roll out of any spa service with the utmost thought. For example, we don’t offer soaking with our nail services due to health risks
that can occur once skin has been exposed to water for so long. Another example would be that during any of our Facial Treatments, our team wears gloves to ensure sanitation is maintained during their service.

Our boutiques are filled with some of the best products around that are superior for promoting anti-aging, health and wellness, beauty trends, and for charming gifts. As AgeLess SPA has grown from just two team members to now employing over 40 people, we look forward to what the future brings once we open our third location in Tioga Downs Casino!
