Understanding PDO Max Threads
No cuts. No incisions. A very fine acupuncture needle and special dissolvable threads made of polydioxanone (PDO) are injected into the skin, and sometimes the muscle, to tighten the skin.
PDO Threads have a powerful dual effect. The first is to reposition the skin, giving a lifting effect. The second is stimulating your body’s collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. A rejuvenated appearance can be seen immediately following the treatment; however, the results will improve in the following days and weeks as the PDO Threads stimulate neocollagenesis, producing collagen. The skin’s overall texture is improved; it becomes thicker, tighter, and firmer, and other skin issues like open pores, fine lines, and wrinkles are smoothed away as well.

At Ageless Spa, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling any scheduled spa services. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer openings to other guests. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the full service price.
After two no-show appointments, if the credit card on file cannot be successfully charged, any missed past or future appointments will be invoiced and held on file. A past-due balance must be paid in full prior to booking or receiving additional services.
In the event of hazardous weather, if your appointment has been confirmed via phone, text, or email and you do not arrive, an additional 20% gratuity will be added to the full service charge. This policy helps honor the time, effort, and safety of our dedicated team.

GIFT CARD & CERTIFICATE POLICY
Use or possession of an Ageless Spa Gift Card or Certificate constitutes acceptance of the following terms. Gift Cards and Certificates must be presented at the time of payment and are non-refundable, non-returnable, and not redeemable for cash. Expired Gift Cards and Certificates will not be accepted under any circumstances. Cards purchased on or after December 10, 2022, will expire nine years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Cards purchased prior to December 10, 2022, will expire five years from the date of purchase. Please treat all Gift Cards and Certificates like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
SERVICE & RETAIL RETURN POLICY
All service sales are final and non-refundable once a treatment has begun. Unopened retail products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the original receipt is presented.
