Thanks to our Hydrafacial Machine we are now able to incorporate more treatments dedicated to not just the health of your skin, but the health of your scalp as well! This treatment helps with a variety of concerns such as dryness, dandruff, and much more. Its use of vortex technology helps to cleanse and exfoliate the scalp leading to better circulation and less flakey and itchy irritation! This treatment also includes a head massage to enhance the penetration of the products and leave your scalp rejuvenated.

A Gentle and Relaxing Three-Step Process Because Keravive is delivered via the HydraFacial platform, it is easy for skin health professionals to integrate Keravive into treatment offerings. Ingredients are up to 200 times more concentrated than other scalp health treatments. Keravive’s proprietary serum targets every aspect of scalp and folicle health.

Keravive Benefits Just like measuring a client’s skin health by hydration, tone and pore cleanliness, you can measure a client’s scalp health by hair texture, thickness and color.

FULL HEAD OF HAIR

Preventive and/or maintenance care to keep the scalp and hair healthy.

At AgeLess Spa, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling any scheduled spa services. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer openings to other guests. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50%- 100% of the total service cost.

Same-Day Cancellations:

With Reschedule: If you cancel on the same day as your appointment but reschedule at that time, a 50% rescheduling fee will be charged. This reflects your intent to return and helps us accommodate both your needs and our team’s time.

Without Reschedule: If you cancel on the same day and do not reschedule, a 100% fee of the total service cost will be charged. Although a courtesy call was made, this will be treated as a no-show.

No-Shows:

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the full service price.

After two no-show appointments, if the credit card on file cannot be successfully charged, any missed past or future appointments will be invoiced and held on file. A past-due balance must be paid in full prior to booking or receiving additional services.

To support our team, a portion of these fees is shared with the scheduled service provider as wage compensation. This is not a gratuity, but a way to honor their time and commitment—even when circumstances change.

Gift Card & Certificate Policy

Your use or possession of our Gift Cards or Certificates constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Gift Cards and Certificates must be presented at the time of payment and are redeemable only for goods or services provided at our location. They are non-refundable, non-returnable, and not redeemable for cash except as required by New York State law when the remaining balance is less than five dollars ($5). Gift Cards and Certificates sold on or after December 10, 2022, will expire nine (9) years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Those sold prior to December 10, 2022, will expire five (5) years from the date of purchase. No inactivity, service, or depreciation fees that reduce the value of the card will be imposed. Please treat Gift Cards and Certificates like cash—they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.

General Refunds Policy

AgeLess SPA Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Series, Packages, and Memberships are non-refundable. All services are non-refundable once completed. Unopened retail products may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original receipt.
