Ageless Spa Appointment Cancellation
& No-Show Policy
At Ageless Spa | The Skin Bar, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To help us
provide the highest level of service to all guests, we kindly ask that you review our policy below.
Booking Requirement:
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve all appointments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
- 48+ hours’ notice: No fee
- Within 48 hours (including the day before your appointment): 50% of the scheduled service total
(Applies to both cancellations and rescheduled appointments)
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur; however, to remain fair and consistent for all guests, this policy applies to all appointments.
Why this matters:
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are often difficult to fill. Late changes directly impact our
providers’ time, income, and availability for other guests.
Same-Day Changes:
- Same-day reschedule: 50% rescheduling fee
- Same-day cancellation (no reschedule): 100% of the scheduled service total
Same-day cancellations without rescheduling are treated as missed appointments.
No-Shows:
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
total.
After two no-show appointments, if the card on file cannot be successfully charged:
- Missed appointments may be invoiced
- Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before future services can be booked
Provider Time:
A portion of any late cancellation or no-show fee is shared with your service provider as compensation for their reserved time. This is not a gratuity, but a way to honor their time and commitment.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful, timely, and elevated experience for all guests.

Gift Card & Certificate Policy
Your use or possession of our Gift Cards or Certificates constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Gift Cards and Certificates must be presented at the time of payment and are redeemable only for goods or services provided at our location. They are non-refundable, non-returnable, and not redeemable for cash except as required by New York State law when the remaining balance is less than five dollars ($5). Gift Cards and Certificates sold on or after December 10, 2022, will expire nine (9) years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Those sold prior to December 10, 2022, will expire five (5) years from the date of purchase. No inactivity, service, or depreciation fees that reduce the value of the card will be imposed. Please treat Gift Cards and Certificates like cash—they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.
General Refunds Policy
AgeLess SPA Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Series, Packages, and Memberships are non-refundable. All services are non-refundable once completed. Unopened retail products may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original receipt.
