When should I arrive for my appointment?
Where do I park?
Market Street offers free 2-hour parking, with additional paid parking lots in the surrounding area.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), as well as cash and Ageless Spa gift cards.
What about makeup, on or off?
Doesn’t matter! We do a double cleanse to ensure your skin is prepped and ready to absorb nutrient-rich serums.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in our service pricing. Tipping your provider is customary and always appreciated for excellent service.
Do you treat sensitive, acne-prone, or aging skin?
Absolutely. As a professional skin clinic, we care for a wide range of skin types and concerns, including acne, sensitivity, hormonal changes, age spots, dryness, and fine lines. Your customized treatment plan may include facials, chemical peels, microinfusion, or personalized skincare bundles to support healthy skin between visits.
What advanced skincare treatments do you offer?
Our advanced skincare offerings include Hydrafacial®, chemical peels, microinfusion treatments, and customized facials, all designed to deeply cleanse, rejuvenate, and support healthy, radiant skin.
How often should I visit for healthy skin maintenance?
For best results, most clients schedule treatments every 4–6 weeks. Regular visits, paired with professional skincare and
nutrient-rich antioxidants, help support glowing, rejuvenated skin over time. After your treatment, we’ll guide you through what to expect and create a plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
Do you offer laser treatments?
Yes and no. At AgeLess SPA | The Skin Bar, we offer precision hair removal treatments. For more advanced procedures, our sister practice, Michael Cilip, MD | Ageless MEDICAL, provides specialized services including wrinkle reduction, skin resurfacing, body contouring, fat reduction, and muscle toning.
Do you offer Microneedling?
At Ageless SPA | The Skin Bar, we offer Micro-Infusion treatments. For more advanced procedures, our sister practice, Michael Cilip, MD | AgeLess MEDICAL, provides microneedling, microneedling with PRF, and Botox microneedling.
Do you provide cosmetic aesthetic services?
We do not, but we HIGHLY recommend our sister practice, Michael Cilip, MD | Ageless MEDICAL. With more than 40 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Cilip specializes in advanced treatments including cosmetic injections, dermal fillers, and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) therapies. Each treatment is thoughtfully tailored using a results-driven approach designed to deliver precise, natural-looking results.

Ageless Spa Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At AgeLess Spa, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling any scheduled spa services. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer openings to other guests. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50%- 100% of the total service cost.
Same-Day Cancellations:
With Reschedule: If you cancel on the same day as your appointment but reschedule at that time, a 50% rescheduling fee will be charged. This reflects your intent to return and helps us accommodate both your needs and our team’s time.
Without Reschedule: If you cancel on the same day and do not reschedule, a 100% fee of the total service cost will be charged. Although a courtesy call was made, this will be treated as a no-show.
No-Shows:
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the full service price.
After two no-show appointments, if the credit card on file cannot be successfully charged, any missed past or future appointments will be invoiced and held on file. A past-due balance must be paid in full prior to booking or receiving additional services.
To support our team, a portion of these fees is shared with the scheduled service provider as wage compensation. This is not a gratuity, but a way to honor their time and commitment—even when circumstances change.

Gift Card & Certificate Policy
Your use or possession of our Gift Cards or Certificates constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Gift Cards and Certificates must be presented at the time of payment and are redeemable only for goods or services provided at our location. They are non-refundable, non-returnable, and not redeemable for cash except as required by New York State law when the remaining balance is less than five dollars ($5). Gift Cards and Certificates sold on or after December 10, 2022, will expire nine (9) years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Those sold prior to December 10, 2022, will expire five (5) years from the date of purchase. No inactivity, service, or depreciation fees that reduce the value of the card will be imposed. Please treat Gift Cards and Certificates like cash—they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.
General Refunds Policy
AgeLess SPA Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Series, Packages, and Memberships are non-refundable. All services are non-refundable once completed. Unopened retail products may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original receipt.
